Gem Public Senior Secondary School was established in 1983 by late Sardar HS Midha and Mrs Ravinderjit. The school is affiliated to Central board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and is run by the Gem Educational Society (Regd).

It is a co-educational school from Pre-Nursery to Class XII. The medium of instruction is English. In addition to imparting a high standard of education, the school aims at equipping the students with integrity, courage, compassion and discipline to face the challenges of the modern world.
